Greetings from Season’s Bliss!
We’re proud to say we are open and ready for the New Year with all our amazing partners and clients!
Season’s Bliss will be holding its first Wedding vendor show on March 24, 2012. Table space is limited as are vendor types. We will be promoting the vendor show through networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Link’d in, as well as with ads, flyers, our web site, and more. We see this as a grand opportunity for our brides to meet with you and for you to gain some great business!
Come prepared! While we will be providing the tables, chairs and basic linens; you will need to bring your own promotional tools and insignias. We will be placing a letter-sized sign with your company name at each booth and will be hosting a booth-bingo for the attendees. Feel free to bring a small stamp no larger than a quarter so you can mark your spot with something fun, or just use a pen!

Offer freebies, raffles, prizes, discounts or another concept to improve your exposure and chances of bookings
Those of you who offer discounts and bonuses for bookings which partner with Season’s Bliss and your company, please highlight that partnership benefit
Be and look professional
Keep track of the brides who visit your booth and be open to budgets, needs and ideas
Enjoy Yourself! Network with other vendors and expand your horizons

All vendors earn a place with their logo and company information plus website and a blurb about their business on our “Featured partners” page of our site. You will also receive a mailing/email list of all attendees and their interests.
Book your booth with a 50% deposit. Final payments are due 2 weeks before the show. You may store special props and other promotional items at the venue up to 2 days prior to the event, though we ask that we reserve this privilege primarily for food-related vendors and florists.
