DESCRIPTION:Thank you for registering to participate in the upcoming Broomfield Days Trade Fair on\n\nSaturday\, September 20\, 2025!\n\nWe are excited to have you join us to showcase your business. \n\n \n\nEvent Details\n\n2025 Broomfield Days Booth Assignments\n\n\n\n2025 MAP\n\n \n\n2025 Broomfield Days Trade Fair Information \n \n\n\n \n Date: Saturday\, September 20\, 2025\n \n \n Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n \n \n Location: Midway Park\, Broomfield\, CO\n\n \n\n Unloading and Set Up:\n \n Early setup is highly encouraged on Friday\, September 19\, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Many vendors leave tents\, tables\, chairs\, etc. in the park to simplify setting up on Saturday. If you choose to do so\, please securely stake your tent and drop the canopy to the lowest setting for the night. Be mindful of traffic\, as Midway Blvd is open in both directions on Friday. \n Broomfield Police will be in the park overnight Friday\, but leaving tents\, etc.\, is at your own risk. Do not leave valuable merchandise overnight. \n Saturday\, September 20\, unloading on Midway Blvd is 5:30 7:00 a.m. Be set up for the event by 8 a.m. \n Midway Blvd will be one-way\, going west. Vendor check-in is at the corner of Kohl St. and Midway Blvd. \n See map. Show your space assignment color and number at the check-in point. \n Only vehicles carrying set-up materials or merchandise will be allowed through the barricades at Kohl St.\n Kohl and Midway will close at 7:00 a.m. Plan to be through the checkpoint before 7 a.m. or be prepared to carry your supplies from the parking lot. \n Vendors who arrive before 7 a.m. can park diagonally on Midway on the north side and parallel to the curb on the south side and unload for 15 minutes. Move your car as quickly as possible\, as vehicles parked longer than 15 minutes or after 7:15 a.m. on Midway will be towed at the owner's expense. \n Midway must be cleared of all vehicles by 7:30 a.m. for the Mayor's Cup 5K and Fun Run Race. \n Vendors may park at the Garden Center parking lot just west of Midway Park or in the surrounding neighborhoods.
