A light snack will be provided - check out the schedule of events that evening:\n\n 4-4:30pm - Meet and greet - check out the clinic\, meet our staff\, and eat some nutritious healthy snacks\n\n 4:30-5:15pm - Seminar on Mindful Parenting and best practices to cope with difficult children/adolescents - presented by Amy Grauberger\, M.A.\n\n 5:15-6:00pm - Seminar and Demonstration on HeartMath (a biofeedback technique) and how it can aid clients in understanding their physiological symptoms of depression and anxiety\, which ultimately can lead to better awareness of what to change and how - presented by Diana Shenkin\, LCSW\n\n 6:00-6:45pm - Seminar on Mindfulness by Dr. Lisa Templeton\, Ph.D. - Learn some simple ways to stay present and appreciate all that life has to give - information will be presented and a short meditation to help the community learn basic skills that can be incredibly useful for managing thoughts and emotions.\n\n \n\n Stop by at any time to check out what The IHC has to offer!!
