BLING provides Broomfield's community of business women with learning\, networking\, leadership and recognition with a variety of fun and informative programs on a monthly basis.  We invite you to join BLING to help foster your career and build your business. \n\n \n\nNovember's Event is Free!\n\n\n\nPositive psychology is a fresh new approach that focuses on the strengths and virtues that enable individuals\, organizations and communities to thrive and flourish. This highly interactive workshop will provide an overview of the main concepts such as positive emotions\, engagement\, and using our strengths. We will cover the power of healthy relationships\, the importance of meaning and purpose and hot to attain the most from out activities in work and play. The objective is to provide an experiential overview of this growing field and hot to apply the tenets of positive psychology to ourselves and others. \n\n\n\nSpeaker: Jody Andrews \n\nJody is a Colorado Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist\, affiliate College Professor and Seminar Facilitator with over 20 years experience working with individuals and organizations. SHe has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing both from Antioch University in Los Angeles\, CA. She is an instructor for Curious.com with videos such as Fostering Healthy Relationships\, and Live\, Thrive & Flourish- Finding Happiness. She is the author of "Rules for Engagement: Elements for Success in Personal\, Social and Professional Relationships" available on Amazon.
