This not only applies to guests and members\, but to team members as they work together.  Participants will learn which behaviors and outlooks are natural to them\, which things require more energy.  They'll also learn how other styles are pre-disposed to look at circumstances\, to take in their world and to behave.  The workshop will help attendees learn how to identify the other styles in day-to-day interaction (without knowing the other person's formal-tested personality style).
