Admission is free but\, the audience is invited to bring an item of canned food.  \n\nFounded in Denver\, Colorado in the 1860's\, the Denver Municipal Band is the oldest professional concert band in the continental United States with a repertory that includes In the Mood and Wood Choppers Ball as well as seasonal favorites served up by eighteen of the area's top professionals.
