We will have a different speaker on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from a company that is significantly impacting the growth and development of the community\, so make sure to check future months for additional speakers.  \n\nBroomfield - TODAY and BEYOND!\n\n\n\n\n\nApril\, 2018 Speaker\n\nCHRIS MARTIN\n\nChildren's Hospital Colorado\n\n Chris Martin is Vice President of Ambulatory Services for Children's Hospital Colorado. He is responsible for the leadership of ambulatory operations provided at Children's Colorado's Anschutz Medical Campus location and throughout the hospital's Network of Care. \n\nHe joined Children's Colorado in 2005 as the director of the Heart Institute\, developing and driving strategic business planning while leading entities providing services throughout the Institute. In 2006\, he became the director for the Medical Ambulatory Practices\, expanding his role over time to include the majority of the Medical and Surgical Ambulatory Practices. \n\nPrior to Children's Colorado\, Martin spent several years as the manager of business services for Ambulatory Care and Emergency Services at University of Colorado Hospital. Martin also worked at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center/University Physicians\, Inc. where he oversaw the finances for the cardiology division and its associated research programs.\n\nMartin received his Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor degree in biology from Creighton University in Omaha\, Nebraska. He is an American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) fellow and received the ACHE Distinguished Service Award in 2015.
