Here are some important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:\n\nArrival and Training:\n\n Please arrive promptly at 4:30 PM for your training session. It is crucial that everyone is familiar with their roles and responsibilities. We will go over how to take payments using our Square system and other tasks. \n\nDoor Duties:\n\n We will rotate the door duties to ensure smooth entry and exit for attendees and to monitor that alcohol does not enter or exit the beer garden. Additionally\, provide assistance and information as needed.\n\nBreaks:\n\n Please take your scheduled breaks to stay refreshed. If you need to step away at any other time\, inform a staff member.\n\nFireworks:\n\n All volunteers are invited to watch the fireworks at 9:15 PM. This is a great time to relax and enjoy the event you helped make possible.\n\nAdditional Information:\n\n If you have any questions or need further information\, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
