Under the guidance of School Director Julia Wilkinson Manley since 2002\, the school is committed to every student regardless of age\, ability\, aspiration\, or socio-economic status\, providing over $70\,000 in tuition assistance each year. In addition to partnering with four Title One Elementary Schools to bring arts integrated education to over 2\,000 students each year\, the school offers classes for students with special needs and works with local assisted living centers providing inter-generational programming.
