In 2010 Joyce and her husband moved to Colorado and in 2011 she re-opened her catering business as Ri-Joyce Gourmet LLC. \n\n	 \n\n	Joyce is versatile in American and international cuisine.  She focuses on taste\, health\, simplicity and elegance.  Joyce believes in working closely with each client to develop a menu that meet their individual tastes and needs.  Her philosophy is that presentation should be as spectacular as the taste of the food.  Joyce's specialty parties include:  elegant dinners\; breakfasts\; brunches/luncheons\; adult and children Victorian teas and corporate events.
