Participants engage in building self-confidence\, making decisions and adding safety strategies to their everyday life. The program covers a range of topics including fear of falling\, strength and balance exercises\, home hazards\, safe footwear and clothing\, vision as it relates to falls\, community mobility\, coping after a fall and understanding medication risks.
