All vendors will receive their booth number on October 6th by 5:00pm. \n\n\n\nFood Vendors:\n\n-All food and Beverage Vendors must submit a Special Events Permit to andrea.warren@broomfieldchamber.com by 9:00am\, October 13th\, 2021.\n\n\n\n-The Broomfield Chamber will absorb the $100 fee included with the special license so make sure you DO NOT send it to the City and County of Broomfield first or you will be charges for the application process\n\n\n\n-. All alcohol served must be poured by Aramark. Please email andrea.warren@broomfieldchamber.com to schedule a staff member. \n\n\n\nAll equipment\, tents\, and marketing must be on the Arena floor by 4:30 pm. Loading Dock will close at 4:30 pm. Booth Set By 4:45 pm\n\n\n\nNon-profits:\n\nYou will have to the FirstBank available to you at starting at 3:00 pm to unload and set up your booth. \n\n\n\nAll equipment\, tents\, and marketing must be on the arena floor by 4:15pm. Loading Dock will close at 4:30 pm.
