Securing Capital for your Small Business
Once you’ve found an idea and have opened the doors, what happens if you need more money to run the show? This seminar is designed to help the small business owner prepare to take out a loan.
In the brief space of two hours we will examine the following:
-The three basic financial statements
-Common business analyses methods and ratios
- The two basic types of financing
-A dozen places to look for money before you take out a loan
-Documents that lenders request and the questions they may ask
-An overview of short, medium, and long-term loans; including credit lines, asset-based loans, contract financing, equipment and real-estate loans, government loan programs, etc.

Cancellations
Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of class. In our efforts to provide classes and limit cancellations, participants may be notified as late as a day prior to the start of class. A full refund will be provided.
