Building and Leading Highly Engaged Boards

Highly engaged boards are one of the most impactful ways to grow an organization. When a board member is engaged they become the organizations’ greatest recruiter, community relations outreach, planner, and creator of influence. To build the ultimate board of directors each organization has to learn to intertwine and leverage organizational needs, knowing their board members’ strengths to contribute, and the creation of opportunities to apply those strengths!
