The organizational leader will learn how to define and create a vision and mission statement, a value proposition, and perform a SWOT analysis. This tool will focus on strengths, minimize threats, and take the greatest advantage of opportunities such as new technology, new product development, and employee training. In addition, identifying specific actions will strengthen the organization's capabilities in controlling costs, satisfying customers, and developing employees.

Cancellations
Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of class. In our efforts to provide classes and limit cancellations, participants may be notified as late as a day prior to the start of class. A full refund will be provided.
