About the Event

Join fellow executives and senior leaders from Broomfield’s largest employers for the launch of our Corporate Leadership Roundtable Series—a quarterly forum designed for high-level learning, information sharing, and peer-to-peer dialogue.

This quarter’s roundtable will focus on Housing in the greater Broomfield area. Housing affordability and availability continue to impact workforce recruitment, retention, commuting patterns, and overall economic vitality across the Broomfield area. Join fellow corporate and community leaders for an important roundtable discussion focused on the current housing landscape and what it means for local businesses. The session will include a brief presentation to frame the issue, followed by a collaborative discussion designed to gather perspectives, share challenges, and explore potential opportunities and solutions together.

This exclusive gathering is designed for organizations with 60+ employees and offers the opportunity to:

• Gain insight into the current housing landscape in the Broomfield area and its impact on workforce attraction, retention, and economic vitality
• Hear from local leaders and stakeholders about trends, challenges, and potential opportunities related to housing in our region
• Share perspectives and participate in a candid discussion about how housing issues are affecting employers and employees alike
• Build meaningful connections with peers from other large employers while helping shape future conversations around community and economic sustainability

Our host for this session will be the Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield, who will provide food, beverages, and a welcoming space for open and productive conversation.
