For most of us, it’s not a question of if we want to change, but how do we change. We want a better tomorrow. We have desires, dreams, and hopes. Maybe we have a habit we want to break. Or a goal we want to reach. Or a skill we want to develop. We know instinctively that if we want our life to be different, we must become different. In other words, we need to grow.

Tim will lead us in discussing 8 mistaken beliefs that hold us back from moving forward in our personal growth, why it’s important to know our unique strengths and weakness, and how having our own personal mission statement will provide the roadmap in keeping us on track to achieve our goals. Tim will guide us in understanding how the level of value we place on ourselves ties directly to how high we have the potential to grow as individuals and, like rubber bands, we can not reach our full potential until we are stretched.
