Help keep the FUN in fundraiser!
Join Senior Resources at its 2015 Autumn Gala
For an enjoyable and worthwhile evening, plan now to attend the Senior Resources of Broomfield (SRB) Autumn Gala -- and help fund local senior programs and services in the process.
Mark the calendar for Friday, Oct. 23, from 5 to 11 p.m. for a memorable evening at the Omni Interlocken Resort hotel and conference center. There will be games, auctions, dinner and dancing to the Hazel Miller Band. Joining SRB as sponsor for the event, to date, is New West Physicians. More sponsors are welcome and encouraged!
SRB board members will be on hand to answer questions about the organization’s programs, its partnership with the City and County of Broomfield’s Senior Services Division, and plans for the future.
Headliner for the evening, Hazel Miller is not just a great singer, she has been called "a force of nature!" with a voice that has been lauded as “stunning, moving and powerful." The band’s website notes that she has been a sought-after performer in Colorado for the past 24 years.
Individual tickets and family and corporate tables at the Gala can be purchased now. Individual tickets are $90 each. Table sponsorships are: Diamond for $5,000, Ruby for $2,500 and Amber for $1,000. Checks can be made payable to SRB and mailed to P.O. Box 714, Broomfield, Colo. 80038. Credit card purchases are also accepted for Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Send card number, expiration date and signature to SRB.
Table sponsorships include a table for 10 at the event, sponsor name and logo on the event’s printed materials and in a slide show rolling at the event, mention in press releases about the event, verbal recognition as a valued sponsor at the Gala, entry in the program for the evening, and more.
SRB’s purpose is “enhancing the quality of life for seniors,” and it is a 501(c)3, tax exempt organization. Its programs help seniors meet many basic and unexpected needs. SRB volunteers and fundraising support nutritional programs like Meals on Wheels, congregate meals at the Senior Center and the Healthy Hearts program. SRB-supported community service programs provide special assistance for medical and dental needs, blizzard bags and handyman services, among others. SRB also supports the Living in Balance Fair, special events, senior trips and more.
