Insurance Benefits Sales Representative

Job Requirements:

Business development
Be an ambassador of good will for Roper Insurance always present us in the best light possible.
Ability to develop new business relationships to harvest leads, new business and long term relationships from the community at large.
Go to weekly networking events to develop relationships; then have those relationships create leads then turn leads into business.
Be proficient in all ways (Net, word of mouth, linked in, chambers, facebook, twiter?ect) to develop new prospects then clients.
Develop 100 centers of influence over the year to be members of your ?A? team.

Selling ability
Maintaining all insurance licenses and high competence level of product understanding.
Being a member of NAIFA and adhering to their code of ethics.
$100,000 in commissions coming into Roper Insurance by end of year one.
Combination of 30 lives per month: Example - 20 individual sales, 2 group sales of 5 employees per month.
Selling 2 life or DI cases per month.
Meeting with 15 new prospects per week.
Ability to close 30% of all insurable cases.
