In our family, it is always a challenge to find a restaurant because everyone has separate needs e.g. Italian, Mexican, Indian. We are offering a single place to be able to satisfy all different palettes. Being immigrants, we know that food is a way to connect to one’s culture and hence the name Roots. Chef Madhoo Seth aka Spice Girl is the founder and owner of The Gourmet Kitchen Catering and Roots. The Gourmet Kitchen Catering is a 5-star rated catering company serving Denver Metro since 2002. Roots is about delicious food. Madhoo is an immigrant from New Delhi, India and firmly believes that food is one of the best mediums to connect us to our culture. She opened Roots to satisfy the yearning of people to experience foods from their travels or their home country. Roots is also about the community in various ways. In addition to bringing a community together with our diverse menu, we support non-profits, strive to work with local purveyors and are madly in love with Environmental Sustainability. Roots is additionally unique in the restaurant experience we are giving. Due to COVID-19 we have tried to make the whole experience touch less so that our patrons feel safe. Roots is also convenient, time saving and flexible for our customers who will all be treated like VIP. We now offer Delivery and takeout in addition to dine in.
