DESCRIPTION:We know you are all CHOMPING AT THE BIT for our annual Cinco De Derby weekend! It is HANDS DOWN one of our biggest and best weekends of the year as we combine our broadcast of the Kentucky Derby and start our Cinco De Mayo Celebration a BIT early.\n\n \n\n\n\nWe START FROM SCRATCH on Friday as we open up at noon and have our Satire rendition of the classic derby drink Mint Julep with Kentucky bourbon\, fresh mint and Satire simple syrup on ice. Our esteemed chef will give you a RUN FOR YOUR MONEY with our version of a Hot Brown\, The Hot Brown Squirrel\, thick sliced turkey\, bacon\, cheese\, tomato\, secret cream sauce wrapped in our amazing bread. Limited time only!\n\n \n\n\n\nOn the same day for the Cinco part we will unleash Colowabo our salted lime beer and The Tangy Lizard mango agave beer. Not to mention we have over 30 other beers ACROSS THE BOARD on tap.\n\n \n\n\n\nOn Saturday we open at noon and you will want to come down early and JOCKEY FOR POSITION to get BOX SEATS for the big race which starts at 3 pm. We will show all other available races earlier.\n\n \n\n\n\nSo whether you are ON YOUR TOD or with a group of friends come down and raise a toast as the horses come down the HOME STRAIGHT.\n\n \n\n\n\nAt Satire we aren't just horsing around this year\, well actually we are\, so come on down for some oats and hay and have a fantastic fun day!
