Broomfield Days is Broomfield's biggest event of the year where friends and neighbors come together to celebrate what makes living in this our community so special. This is THE opportunity to promote your business at Broomfield's largest community event!The Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair is part of the overall City and County Broomfield Days Event with over 30,000 in attendance!
For decades, on a warm weekend in September, Broomfielders come together to have fun and spend a day enjoying a festival in their honor. The day begins with a community pancake breakfast, followed by runners lining up for the Mayor's Cup 5K and Fun Run before the big parade comes down Midway Boulevard. Later, guests can explore over 300 vendor booths, food trucks, a car show, a clown contest, Dock Dog competition, a duck race, jump on inflatables, pet farm animals and enjoy live performances on three stages.
Exhibitor Information A few important items to note:
The Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair Booths are for informational purposes only.You will not be able to sell any products or serve/sample any food (including water).
Booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email confirmation with your booth space assignment 14 days prior to the event.
The City and County of Broomfield begins taking reservations on Monday. April 3rd, 2023 for food and activity vendors, arts and crafts vendors, nonprofit organizations, and purchases for resale vendors. Rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You must be a member in good standing at the time you reserve your booth space and at the time of the event to retain the member price. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.
Booth sharing is not allowed.
You are reserving a 10' x 10' space. You are responsible for your tent, tables, chairs, marketing supplies and your business is encouraged to work with a Chamber Member if you need to purchase or rent a canopyand equipment. Limited Rentals are available upon registration.
Electricity is available in the Turquoise area only for an additional fee.
Generators are not allowed.
Chamber members receive a significant discount on trade show booths, with prices starting at $300. Non-member prices start at $700.
