Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting - The Artisan District
Join the Broomfield Area Chamber and Rachel Gatschet of The Artisan District as we celebrate the Grand Opening of her new location at Flatirons Crossings with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! **** Ribbon Will Be Cut at 5:45PM **** To create an inclusive community where artists, makers, educators, healers, and small businesses work together to inspire connection, creativity, and belonging. OUR VISION A community where local businesses support one another, creativity is celebrated, mental health is valued, and every person knows they matter. OUR WHY The Artisan District was created from a vision. There was a time in my life when I was rebuilding everything. I faced mental health challenges, addiction, loss, and the difficult process of rediscovering who I was. As a single mother raising two children with their own unique challenges, there were moments when the future felt uncertain. What carried me through was community. People believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. They reminded me of my value, my strengths, and my purpose. The Artisan District is my way of paying that forward. This space was built to support artists, makers, healers, educators, and small businesses who are chasing their dreams and sharing their gifts with the world. It is a place where collaboration is valued over competition, where local businesses work together, and where community comes first. I want every artist, vendor, instructor, and visitor who walks through these doors to know that they belong here. The opening date is scheduled for July 1, 2026. My store is located at The Flatirons Mall. They should enter in the Northwest Entrance nest to Macys. The entrance next to Security. The store is Located across from the Broomfield Police station in the mall along with Creations. We will have a live painting that will be given away in a drawing when people sign up for email notifications. We will have the store fully operational, and people can look at The Gallery in the store too.
