Adult wellness group for sufferers of chronic pain and headaches

Tonia Sabo, MD (Child Neurologist and Headache Specialist) leads this group designed to help adults  communicate about their experiences with headache and pain. Draw/Art Therapy, guided stretching and music therapy integrated to experience alternative health welnness related coping skills.

Yoga, aromatherapists, meditation leaders are welcome to signup to lead a session.
